How It Works
1. You Provide the Land
You already own your property or have property under contract.
2. We Review Your Property
MRJ Homes evaluates the property to determine whether it is suitable for construction and identifies any additional site-development requirements.
3. Choose Your Home
Select from our 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom Build On Your Land designs.
4. Select Your Finishes
Choose from our available standard selections, colors and finishes. Optional upgrades may also be available.
5. Finalize Financing & Construction
Once financing, permitting, site preparation and selections are complete, MRJ Homes can begin construction of your new home.
